I am a Visiting Assistant Professor of Marketing at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.Â
My research explores the intersection of digital marketplaces, platform design, user behavior, and technological innovations. I examine how platform design changes reshape transactions and user interactions, and how technological innovations, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), influence consumer behavior.
I earned a B.A. in Economics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, an M.A. in Economics from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of California, San Diego.
Outside of research, I enjoy yoga, am passionate about HIIT, and love solving Sudoku puzzles!
I am currently on the marketing and information systems academic job markets.
